Oh, how could I forget the joy of dealing with dirty closets and unfulfilled room views. Such a treat for a supposed 5-star hotel!

The staff were very caring, quiet location in the jungle. Dined at De Gyan's Pizza, it was relatively close to the venue.

The location is amazing and exceptionally nice, its adjacent to the shops and the nature and city centre. Excellant stuff provides a good service.

The breakfast is extensive with various options, has amazing food. All in all they offer exceptional service. Can't wait to say thank you, will come back.

Fairly clean hotel in a lovely building just off the ubud city center as well as the restaurant. Affordable prices, huge rooms with breathable soft mattress and great view and great Nuna baby cot. The location stunning on the jungle.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Ubud and had an amazing experience! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The infinity pool was absolutely stunning, offering breathtaking views of the surrounding jungle. It was the perfect place to relax and unwind after a long day of work. Additionally, the location of the hotel was ideal, as it was just a short scooter ride away from the bustling center of Ubud, allowing me to easily explore the area.

While I had a great overall experience, there were a couple of areas that fell short. The soundproofing in the rooms was not the best, as I could hear noises from adjacent rooms and even celebrations from a nearby temple.

Location not far from restaurants, the ubud city center and a taxi. Spacious and huge room with exceptionally comfortable bed and down pillows and hypo-allergenic pillows. The pool area is great too.

Booked Wheelchair Accessible room with great Nuna baby cot, breathable soft mattress and great view, which I really appreciated. Location: the hotel was next to restaurant, and the airport. And it was not too far from De Gyan's Pizza, ate there couple of times...

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and I can confidently say that it exceeded my expectations. the location is fantastic, just a short drive away from the heart of Ubud. This allows for easy access to all the tourist attractions in the area. Secondly, the staff at this hotel are simply amazing. They were attentive, friendly, and always available to help with any requests. The level of service provided was commendable. Lastly, the hotel offers great value for money. The prices were reasonable, considering the quality of the rooms and the amenities provided. I had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.
